Half Day Tours, Evening Tours, Day Tours, 3 Day Tours, 4 Day Tours, 5 Day Tours & Picnic Day Tours 

For individual or group booked Half Day Tours, Evening Tours, Day Tours, 3 Day Tours, 4 Day Tours 5 Day Tours & Picnic Day Tours, pre-booked we ask for 100% payment to confirm the availbility if it is within 60 days of the tour date start. .

If It is not within 60 Days of the Tour day we ask for 50% deposit of the Tour total amount to secure the date and times.

We cant confirm availability until payment received

• If cancelation on behalf of the client is made with the time frame of booking confimation to 61 days of the start of the above Tours we will refund 70% of the deposit and retain 30% of the deposit for our adminstration fees.
• If cancelation on behalf of the client is made within 60 - 30 days of the start date of the above Tours we will return 50% of full payment and retain 50% of payment.
• If cancelation on behalf of the clients is made within 30 - 0 days of the start of the above Tours no refund will be available. 

For group booked tours in groups two or more the above applies only to anyone within the group wanting to cancel. The rest of the group can carry on their visit but if the group falls into the lower Category of group extra charges may apply.

• We will work with you as much as we can to tailor make a cancelation policy which can be entered into when the final Booking form is signed by both parties to ensure we can give you the best possible support in every aspect of your Special event.
